Notice of Certificate Suspension and Revocation
Procedures for suspending or revoking certificates and revising the list of certified persons
- The reasons for taking action will be brought to the attention of the certification manager, who will review the information and decide whether to proceed. In either case, he/she will send a letter to the certification personnel via registered mail/courier, informing them of the detailed reasons for the action and the decision to continue
- The certified party must reply to Top-ISO International Limited within 14 days of receiving the letter
- If the certification manager determines that the actions or stance contained in the certifier's response are satisfactory, he will send a letter stating this and mail it to the certification personnel by registered mail
- If actions need to be performed, a deadline must be set, and the certification manager must review the performance status during this period to ensure they are effectively completed in order to avoid suspension or revocation
- If the certified person fails to respond within 14 days, responds in a manner that does not meet the standards, or fails to effectively complete the required actions within the allowed time, the certification manager will decide whether to suspend or revoke the certification
- If a decision is made to revoke certification, the certification manager will be responsible for suspending the revoked certification, notifying the certified person by registered mail, courier, or email, and publishing the revocation information if necessary
