If external interests or personal relationships appear to affect our work, it may raise questions about our independence and integrity.
This policy applies to all personnel serving as employees or agents of Top-ISO International Limited. All Top-ISO International Limited personnel must adhere to this policy as well as Top-ISO International Limited's "Gifts and Hospitality Policy" and "Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy". Top-ISO International Limited personnel must also comply with anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws of Taiwan, both at the national and local levels.

Top-ISO International Limited employees should avoid causing any conflicts or potential impacts between personal interests and company interests. Therefore, when employees become aware of situations (not limited to the following) where personal interests may conflict with company interests, they should proactively and fully report and explain any conflicts between personal interests and company interests (as detailed in the Personnel and Related Parties Interest Disclosure Form attached). Employees below departmental supervisory levels should report to their department's highest supervisor and Human Resouces manager; employees above departmental supervisory levels should report directly to the CEO.
