- If employment with Top-ISO International Limited or government service is unrelated to the work of Top-ISO International Limited and has been disclosed to and approved by the manager and the Ethics and Compliance Department, then Top-ISO International Limited personnel may hold a position with Top-ISO International Limited or accept a government appointment while working for Top-ISO International Limited. Top-ISO International Limited personnel must complete the Personnel and Related Parties Interest Disclosure Form to disclose their appointment with Top-ISO International Limited or acceptance of a government appointment.
- If the government or public institution has business dealings with Top-ISO International Limited, is seeking to engage in business dealings with Top-ISO International Limited, or is otherwise able to influence the activities of Top-ISO International Limited, then Top-ISO International Limited personnel should adhere to the corresponding plans approved by management and the Ethics and Compliance Department to avoid any Top-ISO International Limited decisions related to that government or public institution.
- Unless approved by the Board of Directors' Governance Committee, executives (regardless of whether they are CEOs) and directors of Top-ISO International Limited should not hold positions with Top-ISO International Limited or accept government appointments during their tenure with Top-ISO International Limited.
