Confidentiality and Impartiality Agreement

1.1 I will not disclose any matters related to certification activities to the outside world. 

1.2 I will not verbally convey any assessment and examination results to candidates, indicating that no unauthorized information will be transmitted.  

1.3 Confidential matters related to the assessment and examination records of candidates, as well as all training records of candidates.  

1.4 I will ensure strict compliance with this, even after leaving the organization, and will not disclose any information.  

1.5 I will adhere to the organization's rules and regulations daily and will not engage in any conflict of interest activities.  

1.6 I will not take any candidate's transcripts, assessment, or examination records home for any work.  

1.7 I will not show any interest in other activities carried out by other departments of Top-ISO International Limited, such as testing, calibration, and inspection.  

1.8 I will not take any data of applicants, candidates, or certified persons home for further work.  

1.9 I will not participate in any activities that reduce my ability, such as:  

a) The training and examination requirements standards for candidates are contradictory. 

b) Violating laws, such as using alcohol or any similar substances. 

c) Violation of written procedures and policies  

d) Violating the code of conduct and ethics of certification activities.  

e) Transmitting unverified information to candidates or certified personnel. 

1.10 I will keep all records according to classification and will not show any interest in reviewing the organization's secret, confidential, and top-secret records.  

1.11 During the examination, I will not show any interest in knowing the candidates' names.  

1.12 I will maintain the security and confidentiality of the examination materials.  

2.1 I will adhere to all rules related to impartiality in my daily work to maintain impartiality. 

2.2 I will remain impartial when dealing with applicants/candidates/certified personnel. 

2.3 Certificates will only be issued to certified persons after approval by authorized personnel to ensure no influence of interests.   

2.4 I will ensure that I do not have (nor will form) any relationships with applicants/candidates/certified personnel, nor will I give the impression that individuals will receive preferential certification and good exam results if they have undergone training at Top-ISO International Limited.  

2.5 I will declare any proposed relationships with applicants/candidates/certified personnel (if any) and accept that management will conduct an impartiality risk assessment before formally establishing such a relationship.  

2.6 I will declare that any current relationships with applicants/candidates/certified personnel will be regularly assessed to ensure that such relationships do not affect the impartiality of personnel certification activities.  

2.7 I will not receive any commission ("brokerage fee" or other incentives) for recommending personnel certification services to applicants/candidates/certified personnel.  

2.8 I will not hire any relatives to work in places where services are provided.  

2.9 I will comply with all certification and other policies related to impartiality at Top-ISO International Limited.   

2.10 I will not employ any professionals whose activities conflict with ethical policies.  

2.11 I will not engage in any financial transactions with applicants/candidates/certified personnel for personnel certification.   

2.12 I will disclose any situations that damage business ethics. 

3.1 I will maintain the security of the examination structure and network.  

3.2 I will keep examination materials confidential and secure, showing no interest in these materials, nor will I take them home or outside Top-ISO International Limited.  

3.3 I will follow security policies and guidelines.
