Top-ISO International Limited is the legal entity responsible for personnel certification activities. This policy and public statement refer to Top-ISO International Limited as this legal entity. The CEO, employees, and subcontractors of Top-ISO International Limited fully understand the importance of impartiality when conducting personnel certification activities. Top-ISO International Limited will ensure that all transactions with applicants/candidates/certified individuals for personnel certification services are impartial and will remain so. The impartiality of the following principles will be ensured:
- Certificates can only be issued to certified individuals with the approval of an authorized person to ensure that no interest prevails.
- Top-ISO International Limited does not have (and will not form) any relationship with applicants/candidates/certified individuals, nor will it give any impression that if an individual receives training from Top-ISO International Limited, they will be given priority in certification or pass the exam with good grades. Any proposed relationship between Top-ISO International Limited and applicants/candidates/certified individuals will undergo an impartiality risk assessment by the CEO before the relationship is formally established. We will regularly evaluate any current relationships with applicants/candidates/certified individuals to ensure that the relationship does not affect the impartiality of personnel certification activities.
- Individuals employed or otherwise contracted by Top-ISO International Limited must record and document their current and past relationships, considering the nature of the activities and the potential for conflicts of interest. Top-ISO International Limited requires that any past or current situations that may present a potential conflict of interest be disclosed. Top-ISO International Limited will use this information to identify any threats to impartiality and will not use the individual in any capacity unless they can demonstrate no conflict of interest.
- Personnel certification and other personnel involved in certification activities will not now or in the future be subject to any pressure or be influenced in any way to reach specific conclusions regarding the results of personnel certification activities.
- Top-ISO International Limited will not offer any commissions, fees, or other inducements to any individual or company to refer applicants/candidates/certified individuals for certification services unless the following conditions are met:
- The terms and conditions of any such referrals are clearly defined, and the fees are documented as referral fees. The fact that a commission has been paid will not in any way influence the results of personnel certification activities.
- A risk assessment has been conducted for any such payments to individuals or organizations (usually consultants or training organizations) to determine the likelihood of posing an unacceptable threat to impartiality.
- All such payments are documented, recorded, and traceable with purchase orders and invoices.
