Top-ISO International Limited is the legal entity responsible for personnel certification activities. Top-ISO International Limited as mentioned in this policy and public statement refers to a legal entity. Top-ISO International Limited's CEO, employees, and subcontractors fully understand the importance of impartiality in conducting personnel certification activities. Top-ISO International Limited will ensure that all employees or other personnel act impartially in all transactions with applicants/candidates/certifiers for personnel certification services, and will ensure that the following principles of impartiality are implemented:
- Certificates can only be issued to certified individuals after obtaining approval from the authorized person, to ensure that there is no incentive for such actions
- Top-ISO International Limited has no (and will not) any relationship with applicants/candidates/certification individuals. Individuals who receive training from Top-ISO International Limited will not be given preferential treatment in certification or exams based on personal impressions. Before any proposed relationship is formally established with an applicant/candidate/certification individual, a risk assessment for impartiality will be conducted by the CEO of Top-ISO International Limited. We will regularly evaluate any existing relationships with applicants/candidates/certification personnel to ensure that such relationships do not compromise the impartiality of the personnel certification process
- Given the nature of the activities and the potential for conflicts of interest, individuals employed or otherwise contracted by Top-ISO International Limited must record and document their current and past relationships. Top-ISO International Limited is required to disclose any past or present potential conflicts of interest. Top-ISO International Limited will use this information to identify any threats to impartiality and will not use it in any personal capacity unless they can prove that there is no conflict of interest
- Personnel certification and other personnel involved in the personnel certification activities will not be subject to any pressure, nor will they be influenced in any way, to draw specific conclusions regarding the results of the personnel certification activities. It is impossible to draw specific conclusions regarding the results of the personnel certification activities
- Top-ISO International Limited does not offer any commission, fee, or other incentive to any individual or company to refer applicants/candidates/certifiers for certification services, except in the following circumstances:
- The terms and conditions of any such referrals can be proven to be clearly defined, and the fact that the fees are recorded as referral fees and the commission has been paid will in no way affect the outcome of the personnel certification activity
- Risk assessments have been conducted with any individuals or organizations (typically consultants or training institutions) making any such payments to determine the likelihood that they pose an unacceptable threat to impartiality
- All such payments are documented, recorded, and traceable by purchase orders and invoices
